“Aloha”, from understanding to realization.

In my coaching practice, I’ve found that the main problem consultants have is confusing “understanding” and “realization”.A majority of seekers believe that the answers are to be found in books, seminars, messages of “masters of thought” and other external sources. They figure out a special TRUTH elsewhere than within their own SELF.

Is there something elsewhere than within?

When I attend so-called “wellness” fairs, I find that almost everyone there, on both sides, believes that the solutions can be found outside. Consultants and healers tend to believe that crystals, amulets, pendulums, substances like ginger, turmeric or CBD or even diets can provide answers or solutions to problems and lead to well-being…

To my point of view, it is the height of illusion… It would even be better not to look for anything than to entertain such a belief. By believing nothing at least there’s no risk of being disappointed or misled…

At these kinds of “spiritual” gatherings, the stalls that attract the largest crowd are “clairvoyants”, “shamans”, “energy therapists”», and all kind of “mediums” between people and their own self… What message are they sending out to our subconscious? “You need intermediaries between you and your truth… between you and your power.” They are complicit in your spiritual laziness…

The power of being Human.

What are we looking for? We expect to catch answers that come from the invisible to solve our life problems. But basically everybody really wants to find absolute Peace. Surrendering our will to the consciousness of another person to solve our personal questions look like a relief but it is clearly the loss of our natural powerfulness. In fact, we already are what we want to know by the simple fact of being. A wooden leg can never replace a healthy limb, and the use of crutches can create dependency…Only our own silence and centering hold all our private wordless answers.

Being stuck at the stage of “understanding” without moving to “realization” is like owning a collection of recipe books without ever cooking. You can know all the ingredients and even buy them, but if you don’t put things into practice, nothing will happen…

Let’s cook!

“Being” means “cooking”, “eating” and “digesting”. These are the 3 different stages that all stem from the recipe… We are not a mind + a body, we are a “mind-body” unit… “Cooking our life” means to make things happen and having the pleasure to get nourished according to what we are!

We are “Human Beings” not “Human havings” … This designation contains our entire life program: we think, feel and embody the consciousness “I AM” … What does that mean? Integrating this question into ourselves and understanding that “I” only “am what I am” must go beyond intellectual understanding. The essential thing is to fully embody what we call “TRUTH”… which means “BEING” it.

Then all the “whys?” disappear, all the speculations about being or the divine, the profane and the sacred also. By letting ourselves dip into our spontaneous beingness, the frontiers between “material” and ‘spiritual’, disappear. There is only absolute oneness. ” I AM” is not in a sentence that try to define “realization”, it should become the direct experience of our living essence 24 hours a day… That’s what it is all about.

To be or to understand? That is the question.

So, let us ask ourselves, as much as possible, the question: “Where am I? In being or in interpretation?” Mental knowledge of oneness gives no access to Unity. In the act of understanding words, we’re always on the shore but in the act of realizing, we are in the flow, and we don’t even know where the limits of what we call ourselves are any more… It does not matter insofar as we forever belong to the ocean of eternity anyway. We are the ONE whether we feel it or not.

For me, that is what living in the state of “Aloha” is about, and it is perhaps no coincidence that this way of life emerged in Polynesia, in the middle of the largest ocean on the planet, called “PACIFIC OCEAN …”
