Choosing between hell an bliss…

Blessed are the humble in heart, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven!

Matthew 5:3

Because of the misinterpretations that have disfigured the deeper meaning of sacred texts, we too often miss messages that can give us irreplaceable recipes about how to live a better life.

Power versus wisdom?

These messages from the past are not abstract speculations that appeal to belief or to a choice of religion. Whatever the sacred text and its origin, the test is whether what is expressed brings more life, more inner freedom and more power, in other words, wisdom.

We mustn’t think that power and wisdom are opposites, on the contrary. We need to see that what we are all looking for is greater efficiency in the manifestation of our lives. What do we all dream of? More happiness, more inner freedom, more solidarity, more peace, more love… in short, more good things for ourselves, for our family, for the place where we live, for our town, for our country, for our people and for the earth…

Wouldn’t we like to have the individual power to create all this?

Utopia versus reality?

You may consider all this to be an “utopia”… Ask yourself why…

The answer is simple: it’s because you think that this ideal state of harmony, this absolute well-being, is impossible…

Ask again yourself why such a simple ideal, desired by all sentient beings, does not seem possible to you… Isn’t this ideal what inspires all prayers?

Does believing that the reign of peace and love is impossible mean that the only thing you think is possible is war, violence, sadness, lack and unhappiness? Isn’t that your way of choosing sides between evil and good? Isn’t this the way of thinking that you project onto the world? Isn’t the actual state of our world the result of the belief of millions of other human beings sharing your present wisdom. Prophets and avatars have been repeating for thousands of years that “everything is spirit”? Why do you continue to contribute every day to reinforcing the idea that “utopias are impossible”? Look hard enough… Isn’t it precisely because you’ve given up your power to think that the “possible” is possible…

“If you can dream it…”

Yes, peace is possible, yes, solidarity is possible, yes, people can turn war industries into peace industries, antagonistic policies into policies of true collaboration, of real solidarity…

And yet, a famous “creator of happiness” by the name of Walt Disney once put forward an idea from which we can extract a great deal of wisdom. He said that whatever we can dream, we can achieve. And he proved it by manifesting a dream that goes beyond the apparent possibilities of an human being…

Walt Disney was not Jesus Christ, but he has borne witness and continues to bear witness to the power of the imagination. Imagination, in other words Spirit. What is the difference between you and him? Simply the fact that he believed in his dream and in the possibility of manifesting it, whereas you believe that impossible is impossible…

Imagination and manifestation

But humans don’t always understand images; they go to Disneyland to take their mind off things and to forget. The same thing happens with all religions and beliefs. Churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, all religious buildings of whatever kind are somehow variations of Disneyland. People come there expecting the thrill of the spiritual rollercoaster, hoping for the miracle that would be the best attraction of their life, but in fact they come there above all to change their minds and all too often to forget LIFE, which is the only religion worth living. It is why it has been said that “religion is the opium of the people”.

Amusement parks, religious or otherwise, should be seen as examples of creative power and wisdom. All the human achievements that seem to defy the imagination come from this power of our minds : IF I CAN DREAM IT, I CAN MANIFEST IT… Jesus and Walt Disney and many others expressed and continue to illustrate the same principle. But too many humans still feel pride and see as a proof of self power the fact of being stubborn. By obstination they do not catch their chance of becoming “miracle makers”. They prefer to stay “ Masters of Limitation” as Bashar call them.

It is the reason why the so evident law of manifestation of our thought is sometimes called “The Secret”. There is no need for conspiracy to explain or justify our self inflicted “amnesia”. We do not need to change our DNA nor anything in ourselves to cure this lack of power affecting our souls. We just need a simple thing : be humble enough to let go of our tiny egos and let free the space for inspiration and wisdom.

From animality to humanity

In terms of evolution, we have to accept the fact that we are superior to plants and animals. It is not a question of hierarchical superiority, but simply of an ability that we have and other kingdoms do not…

We share most of the characteristics of life with them, but they do not have the power to imagine the impossible and make it possible. That’s why they depend on us for so many things when they live alongside us.

We also share many other aspects with the animal world. Given our actual level of evolution, these characteristics prevent us from fully express our actual evolutional level. Human nervous system contains ancient strata in which lie the obstacles to the harmony of our societies and cultures.

I am talking about our ideas concerning territory, property, domination, energy control, violence and whatever we can consider as “evil”… This is not inherent to our humanity, it’s just a vestige of our animality that has become obsolete…

Do you prefer heaven or hell?

Everything we consider to be the expression of “evil” in the world is the expression of this fracture within us. It is the manifestation in our reality of a contradiction between the dream we carry in our hearts and the “outside world”. This “outside” we call “reality” looks contradictory with what we are capable of dreaming of. In fact, it is just the projection of what we are collectively and unconsciously believing.

Because yes… If we can dream it, we can create it, whether it’s heaven or hell…

So, why think that hell is easier to manifest than heaven? Why continue to make this choice in the face of the evidence of how the laws of Spirit could work for us and not against us?
